Regions and Countries
In remote villages, crowded cities, schools, courts, government offices, and businesses across Asia and the Pacific, ADB is making a difference. ADB provides loans, technical assistance, and grants to its developing member countries. Countries with limited capacity to repay their debts receive additional help through the Asian Development Fund.

Some member countries enter a new phase in their relationship with ADB as defined under the Classification and Graduation Policy.
